Bed linen and towels included
Enjoy the comfort of quality bed linen and towels, provided upon arrival for a worry-free stay.
Beds made upon arrival
Duvets, sheets, pillows...our beds are prepared in advance, all you have to do is pack your bags and enjoy your stay.
Reception and reception: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
We are available from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on the day of your arrival, at reception (Saturday). If arriving on another day of the week, please inform us of your arrival time.
WIFI (fibre)
Stay connected during your stay with our very high-speed Internet connection, ideal for work or leisure.
Indoor sauna
Unwind after a day on the slopes in our traditional Scandinavian wooden sauna, for a moment of relaxation.
Baby equipment
Everything is planned to accommodate the youngest with comfort: baby bed, high chair and bathtub for a peaceful family stay.
Heated garage
Your vehicle benefits from a heated garage, practical for winter stays and to keep your car protected from bad weather.
Private Outdoor Parking
Private parking for the residence is available for you to park in complete peace of mind, with easy access to your apartment.

The garden is designed for children with outdoor games and a barbecue for friendly moments with family or friends.
Laundry room
A shared laundry room is accessible to all guests of Chalet 1, with washing machine and dryer.
Washing machines
Each Chalet 2 apartment is equipped with a washing machine, for convenient, stress-free living, especially for longer stays.
Bicycle room
Cyclists will appreciate our bike room equipped with a Karcher to clean your bikes after your outings in the mountains or valleys.
Ski boot dryer
Our ski boot dryers are at your disposal (Chalet 2) for fast, efficient drying after a day on the slopes, to keep your equipment dry.
Ski pass
For added convenience, you can order your ski passes in advance of your stay (contact us). Pick them up on arrival at your apartment, without having to queue at the lift. What's more, you get a 10% discount.
Multipass FREE
We offer a summer Multi-Pass to all our guests. The Morzine-Avoriaz region includes a wide range of activities: swimming pool, adventure park, ski lifts...and much more.
Terraces
Ground-floor apartments feature private terraces, ideal for outdoor dining in the warmer months.
Landscaped exteriors
Our outside areas are laid out for your comfort, with a barbecue, plancha and garden furniture for convivial moments with family and friends.
Services not included,
additional charge (Chalet 1)
Hotel service: we offer a cleaning service once or twice a week, at an additional cost. Possibility of changing bathroom linen (towels, etc...) during the week. Service only available for Chalet 1.
2-bedroom apartment: 80€ per passage
3-bedroom apartment: 120€ per passage
5-bedroom apartment: 180€ per passage
