RESERVATION: Reservations are only confirmed once we have received confirmation of receipt of the deposit, i.e. 25% of the rental price. In the event of cancellation, this sum will be retained by the owner. The balance must be paid 30 days before the date of arrival..

PRICE: The rental price stipulated for each flat includes :
- the rental of the flat itself, equipped according to the description in your possession
- heating (except in summer), hot and cold water, electricity and gas.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: In addition to the rental price, the tenant must pay the tourist tax (from 18 years of age, per person and per night). The tenant is also responsible bank wire fees outside of euro zone.

DEPOSIT: In order to guarantee the rented premises, a deposit will be paid by the tenant when the keys are handed over. This deposit will be returned within 15 days, less any charges for damage or cleaning. If the deposit is insufficient, the tenant undertakes to pay the balance.

STATE OF PREMISES: An inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the owner before the arrival of the tenant. Any complaint relating to this inventory of fixtures or inventory must be presented to the owner within one working day. The tenant is obliged to respect the premises and to leave the accommodation in the correct condition on departure. If this is not the case, additional cleaning costs will be charged to the tenant and deducted from the amount of the deposit to be reimbursed.

CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained by the owner as compensation, except in the case of illness, death or inability to travel in France due to government-imposed health measures (e.g. COVID-19). In all other cases, 75% of the total amount of the rental will be required in the event of cancellation from 14 to 7 days before the arrival of the tenant and 90% in the event of 7 days to the arrival of the tenant (provided that the owner has not been able to re-let the accommodation within this period).

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: You are welcome at Les Armaillis every day from 10am to 10pm (keys available from 5pm on Saturdays). Flats must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. If you are arriving late or very early, please contact us beforehand to prepare your arrival as well as possible.

OCCUPANCY: The number of people authorised to reside in the accommodation must be strictly respected. If this is not the case, the tenant will be required to pay an additional indemnity requested by the owner. In addition, the owner reserves the right to refuse to accept any persons in excess of this number. Pets are only allowed with the owner's permission.

THEFT: The owner declines all responsibility in the event of theft or burglary in the rented premises and in the communal areas.
